Seeds of Silence is an ecumenical project working mostly - but not only -with Christians, whatever their tradition or background.
The project primarily supports individuals who want to, or are already, exploring developing a spiritual discipline of silence. Much of this support is offered through on line, zoom sessions, the weekly 'Quoting Silence' emails, or through resources offered on this website.
Seeds of Silence also offers more specific retreats, workshops and training for church congregations and groups, para-church organisations, spiritual directors, lay preachers, therapists and counsellors, pastoral workers, clergy, and people training in these ministries.
However, we also welcome being with people of other faith traditions, and none, in our exploration of silence, as sharing together helps to deepen our collective understanding.
So, the on line zoom gatherings, face-to-face events, web-based resources and regular emails from Seeds of Silence are for anyone who wants to find out more about the role and value of silence for their spiritual journey.
