Seeds of Silence is a Christian project that works with people across the UK.
A lot of its work is currently offered on line, using Zoom.
Seeds of Silence helps people to explore how a prayerful discipline of silence can deepen their relationship with God, with themselves, with other people, and with all of creation.
It also helps those involved in spiritual direction, counselling and pastoral care to explore the importance of understanding silence for their ministries and contributes to the training of ordinands and clergy.
The project emerged from its Director's PhD research into the value and impact of a spiritual discipline of silence in the faith lives of Christians today.
