The weekly Quoting Silence posts focus on one author each month, alternating between a female and male author.
Each month, there are short and longer quotes, links to a variety of associated resources and some questions to reflect on at the end of each month.

Since May 2023, additional audio and text-based features have included:
- an audio five-minute guided meditation on each week's short quote;
- an audio recording of the longer quotes from the middle weeks of each month;
- an audio and/or text-based lectio divina meditation to use with longer quotes.

Voices from Silence
In October 2024 Seeds of Silence began a monthly Voices from Silence series. In this, people from the Global Majority Heritage (GMH)* community write about their engagement with silence as a spiritual practice. The series emerged because very few people from the GMH communities write about silence as a spiritual practice at sufficient length to be included as a featured author in the weekly 'Quoting Silence' series.
* Those whose backgrounds are from non-Western, non-White ethnic and cultural groups. It challenges the traditional framing of racial and ethnic 'minorities' by emphasizing that the majority of the world’s population comes from Africa, Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East and are, therefore, the global majority.
