This quote is from Ilia Delio's book, Making All Things New: Catholicity, Cosmology, Consciousness (Orbis Books, 2015), 215 - see here. Ilia Delio is a Franciscan Sister and theologian who lives in Washington, DC. Her writing focuses on science and religion and she particularly writes about the importance for theology of evolution, physics and neuroscience, many of which you can see here. She is a Professor at Villanova University (the same institution as Martin Laird, an Augustinian Brother, who some people may be familiar with from  his three dense but illuminating books about silence, which you can find listed here) and additionally writes about both spirituality and issues of social concern. Dalio's forthcoming book, The Primacy of Love (Fortress Press, 25th January, 2022) - see here - places love as central to all cosmic life and portrays it as the irresistible force of attraction that leads straight to the heart of God. For a shorter and free read that is very of the moment (this quotation was firs put ont he website at Epiphany) see her on line article, 'Epiphany: What do we see?', here. Those of you who prefer watching or listening, might enjoy her long interview 'Entangled with God', here, from the renowned series, Buddah at the Gas Pump, and once you've found the youtube site, why not explore amongst the other 'conversations with spiritual people'?
