Since the beginning of Covid-19 there's been an outpouring of new poems reflecting the changing emotions and situations that people are facing.
Poetry offers a liminal window into unknowing and the paradoxes we all encounter in the midst of uncertain and seemingly chaotic times.
Seeds of Silence began posting a weekly poem to invite people to reflect further on different aspects of this global crisis. Many were written about things specific to that week; others were penned in past years but offered deep wisdom for that particular moment in the UK's Covid-19 cycle.
On June 15th England enters a new phase as non-essential shops re-open. It's a significant moment to pause and take stock of all that the last few months have held.
So this week I'm offering a reflection that's an amalgamation of a section from each poem, in the order they were originally set out, along with the image each was originally displayed with.
