People learn differently and respond best to a variety of input.
Seeds of Silence workshops, training and retreats intentionally use a mixture of different activities, creativity, discussion, movement, story telling, meditative practices, writing exercises and more formal input to explore material together.
Working in this way ensures that everyone
can learn, enjoy and grow together without anyone feeling they are left out. |

Workshop options:
The most frequently run workshops are one of the following:
- a full day Exploring Silence Workshop, typically from 10am-4pm.
- a 3 hour Exploring Silence workshop in a morning, afternoon or evening.
Either workshop offers a great way of beginning to think about why developing a spiritual practice of silence is important in your faith journey.
The full day workshop can be run with groups of anything from 8 to 28 or so people, using a cafe-style format seated around tables with groups over 12 or so.
The shorter, 3 hour workshop runs most effectively with a group of 6 to 12 people.
