- Do you have a regular discipline of silence, but would like to talk about the difficulties of sustaining this?
- Or maybe you rarely have an opportunity for more extended periods of silence-based prayer with others, and would like to explore this?
If so, then a check-in with others at a

All sessions tend to follow a format similar to this, but might differ a little:
- There will be a short input about an aspect of silence-based prayer of less than 10 minutes
- Opportunity to ask questions and explore these with the group as a whole - we all have knowledge and practical experience to bring and share with one another!
- A short, led meditation to move us away from words and back towards silence
- A longer shared silence of around 20 minutes
- Time to discuss how this second silence was for you: what was different, or what you'll take away
There's no need to book to come, but it would help if you let Alison know that you hope to be there.
